FORMER Loughborough College student James Dasaolu has won his first medal at a major international athletics championship.
The 25-year-old, who represented Team GB alongside controversial Dwain Chambers at London 2012, was in storming form in the 60m at the European Indoor Championships.
He produced a personal best time of 6.48 seconds to win a silver medal and was awarded exactly the same time as the narrow winner Jimmy Vicaut, of France.
